Design and sampling in-house
Pattern makers, a 3D mock-up and a physical sample in 7–10 days. Two revision rounds included, so the shape is right before bulk.
Compliance before production
Fabric and component testing to EN 71 and ASTM F963, tracking labels and technical files prepared alongside the sample.
Quality control on every batch
IQC, IPQC and OQC checks plus 100% needle detection. The AQL 2.5 inspection report ships with the goods.

30–45 day bulk lead times on booked production slots, with weekly progress photos from the line.
