FAQ
The questions buyers ask before the first order.
MOQ, sampling, lead times, compliance, packing and payment — answered plainly. If something is missing, ask us directly and you will have an answer within one business day.
Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
500 pieces per design and colourway for most plush, 1,000 for keychains and charms, and 300 for promotional plush. Repeat orders can start lower — tell us about the programme and we will confirm.
How do I get a price?
Send a sketch, reference sample or licence style guide with size, quantity, fabric preference, packaging and target market. We reply with a costed proposal within one business day.
Do you work with new brands?
Yes. Around a third of our programmes start with a founder and a drawing. We will tell you honestly what a design costs to make, and where corners cannot be cut.
Sampling & development
How long does sampling take?
7–10 working days after artwork approval and the sample deposit, depending on complexity. Two revision rounds are included; further rounds are charged at cost.
Can you match a Pantone colour?
Yes. We match to Pantone TCX references on the actual fabric and send a lab-dip or the physical sample for approval before bulk.
Who owns the design and the pattern?
You do. Custom patterns, artwork and tooling developed for your programme remain your property. We sign an NDA before reviewing an unlaunched design and never resell a client's exclusive product.
Production & quality
What is the bulk lead time?
30–45 days after sample approval for most orders, plus transit. Peak season (August–October) books out early, so confirm your window when you place the deposit.
How do you control quality?
Incoming fabric and component inspection (IQC), in-line checks at cutting, sewing and filling (IPQC), then 100% needle detection and an AQL 2.5 final inspection before packing (OQC).
What if goods arrive with defects?
Confirmed defects are replaced or credited. The AQL 2.5 inspection report and the sealed approval sample travel with every shipment, so there is a shared reference for any claim.
Compliance & shipping
Which certifications can you supply?
EN 71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, CE and UKCA, with third-party reports from SGS, Intertek or TÜV. ISO 9001 covers the plant.
Can you produce licensed characters?
Yes, with written authorisation from the licensor and approval of artwork and samples through the studio's process. We regularly work under licence and NDA.
How do you pack and ship?
Polybag, header card, gift box or display carton, with barcodes and carton marks as required. EXW, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai; sea, rail or air, with full export documentation.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit with the order, 70% before shipment. T/T in USD or EUR; L/C at sight accepted for larger programmes.
