Quality & certification

Compliance is a production input, not a paperwork afterthought.

Fabrics, filling and components are selected against the requirements of your destination market before the first sample is cut. Test reports, declarations and labelling data are prepared with the order.

Certifications

The standards behind the label.

EN 71-1/2/3 European toy safety
Mechanical and physical properties, flammability and migration of elements. Tested per colourway and per age grade.
ASTM F963 US toy safety standard
Physical, mechanical and flammability requirements for the US market, including heavy-element limits and tracking-label data.
CPSIA US consumer safety
Lead and phthalate limits, CPSIA tracking labels and children's product certificate support for US importers.
CE EU Toy Safety Directive
Technical file, declaration of conformity and CE marking under Directive 2009/48/EC.
UKCA Great Britain marking
Post-Brexit conformity assessment for England, Scotland and Wales, aligned with designated toy standards.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality management
Documented production control, supplier management, traceability and corrective-action processes across the plant.

Copies of current certificates and test reports are shared on request, together with the scope and the laboratory that issued them.

Quality standards

How a batch is judged.

The approval sample is sealed and kept. Every production batch is measured against it — not against a verbal description, and not against the previous batch.

  • AQL 2.5 final inspection on every shipment
  • 100% metal detection, with a challenged detector each shift
  • Stuffing weight and symmetry checked against the sealed sample
  • Stitch density, seam strength and pull-test on attached parts
  • Age-grade and small-parts assessment before packing
  • Corrective-action report within 48 hours of any claim
