OEM / ODM custom

Your idea, engineered into a plush product.

From a napkin sketch or a licensor's style guide to a sealed carton. One project manager, one sampling studio, one factory — and a written schedule you can hold us to.

The process

Seven steps. No black boxes.

Day counts are from brief received.
Day 1–2

Brief & feasibility

Send a sketch, reference sample or licence guide. We confirm construction, fabric options, target cost and the earliest ship date.
Day 2–5

Design & artwork

Technical drawing, 3D mock-up, Pantone matching and artwork placement. You approve on screen before anything is cut.
Day 5–12

Sample lead time

A physical sample in your chosen fabric, with embroidery, print and packaging. Courier tracking is shared the day it ships.

Day 12–15

Sample approval

Two revision rounds are included. Sign-off locks the specification, measurements and packaging for bulk.
Day 15–55

Bulk production

Cutting, sewing, filling and finishing across 180 machines, with weekly progress photos and in-line checks.
Before packing

Inspection & testing

100% needle detection, AQL 2.5 final inspection, and lab testing to the requirements of your destination market.
Ship date

Packing & dispatch

Retail-ready packing, carton marks and export documents. FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, or EXW if you use your own forwarder.

What we can change

Everything that matters to your range.

01

Pattern & structure

Technical drawings, graded patterns and a 3D mock-up before sampling, so shape and proportion are agreed on screen.

02

Fabric library

Short pile, long pile, velboa, fleece, cotton, linen-look and recycled PET — lab-dipped to your Pantone references.

03

Size range

8 cm keychains to 120 cm display pieces, including weighted bases and poseable wire armatures.

04

Branding

Embroidery, screen print, sublimation, woven labels, rubber patches and custom hardware.

05

Packaging

Polybag, header card, gift box, display carton, FNSKU and barcode labelling for retail and e-commerce.

06

Compliance

EN 71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, CE and UKCA documentation prepared with the sample, not after the order.
