Factory workshop

A plush factory you can walk through.

No trading company, no subcontracted sewing. Cutting, sewing, filling, inspection and packing happen in one 8,000 m² plant in Yangzhou — and you are welcome to see it, in person or on a video call.

Quality control

Three gates before anything ships.

IQC

Incoming materials

Every fabric lot, filling batch and component is checked against the approved standard — pile height, colour, weight, flammability paperwork and hardware safety.
IPQC

In-line inspection

Checks at cutting, sewing and filling. Stitch density, embroidery placement, stuffing weight and symmetry are measured against the sealed approval sample.
OQC

Final inspection

100% needle detection, then an AQL 2.5 inspection on the finished batch. The signed report travels with the shipment.

Why buyers visit

What a factory visit usually confirms.

  • The sewing floor is ours, not a subcontractor's
  • Metal detection is on the line, not promised in a document
  • Samples are made by the same team that runs bulk
  • Fabric is stored, inspected and traceable by lot
  • Export cartons and labels are prepared in-house
  • English-speaking project managers sit next to production
